Why Wildly Focused Exists
I didn’t start Wildly Focused to look polished.
I started it because living with ADHD and BPD feels messy, chaotic, and misunderstood.
This is my raw, anonymous corner of the internet — a place to write honestly and build tools that make the chaos a little easier to live with.
Why I’m Here
Some days I feel unstoppable. Other days I can’t get out of bed.
ADHD pulls me in every direction. BPD makes me feel everything all at once.
Wildly Focused is my way of learning, sharing, and surviving one post, one tool at a time.
Not polished· Not pretty· Just honest·
What You’ll Find Here
This isn’t a “10 steps to fix your life” kind of blog.
It’s not about pretending I’ve got everything figured out.
Here’s what you’ll actually find:
Stories
from the messy middle of ADHD & BPD.
Simple digital
tools I design to keep myself (and maybe you) focused.
Reflections
that aren’t perfect, but real.
Why It Matters
Because people like us are often told to be quieter, smaller, easier to handle.
And the truth is we’re not.
Wildly Focused is about embracing the fire, the distraction, the intensity and finding ways to live with it instead of against it.
If this resonates with you, join the tribe.
I’ll send tools, stories, and survival kits straight to your inbox.
Not as an expert, but as someone who’s still figuring it out too.
